Full fee and all co-payments are due at time to service.

** OUT-OF-NETWORK BENEFITS means that out-of-network providers can be reimbursed by insurance. Before Scheduling an appointment, contact your insurance provider and find out what mental health benefits you have. Our office staff will gladly assist you in verifying your mental health benefits before scheduling your first visit. 

Cancellation Policy:  Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will bill for no-show a fee of $50.
